| Q. Can I apply for a job on-line?
|

| A. Simply contact us and let us do the rest! We are different from most job sites in that we don't simply list lots of jobs and leave our clients to search, write a CV and apply themselves. We like to ensure that you are first matched correctly, have a CV which works and then assist you to 'sell' yourself to the employer. Which is why we like to get to know you first and by registering with us, we can understand exactly what you want and help to ensure you get it.

| Q. Does my boss have to know I am considering leaving and will he/she find out if I register with Armed Forces World?

| A. No and no! Armed Forces World is a completely independent organisation from the MOD and no information is ever disclosed to another party without your permission (for example to an employer that you wish your CV to be passed on to). Registering with us is completely secure and anonymous including entering our Grapevine forum. Please refer to our privacy policy for full details.

| Q. Do I need to be serving my notice to register with Armed Forces World?
|

| A. No. Any Serving member of the military either Regular or Reservist, may register and use Armed Forces World. Equally, any ex-military personnel may also make use of our services. We are here to help you and your family throughout your military career and beyond.

| Q. Can you assist all ranks and rates?
|
|
| A. Yes! We can help everyone regardless of your Service, branch, specialistion, time served, or rank.
|
| Q. I want to work in a particular industry sector, how can Armed Forces World help me?
|
|
| A. That's easy. You can search the jobs by using the simple search engine and selecting the sector in which you wish to work. If the sector you are looking for employment in is not listed, contact us direct. We will actively seek employers from that sector and start 'matching' you immediately. However, the best way to find the job you want is to send us your CV and a description of the sort of job you would like and we will hunt for you!

| Q. Can my family take advantage of the offers and discounts at Armed Forces World?

| A. Yes. Armed Forces World is here to help you and your family. We understand the impact of military life on your family and want to help. They may register themselves or you may search the offers on thier behalf. The only area of Armed Forces World that is not available to your family (unless they are ex-military) is the recruitment aspect.

| Q. How much does it cost to use the job hunting facility?
|
|
| A. Absolutely nothing! Armed Forces World is completely free to use to all Serving or ex-military personnel either Regular or Reservist.

| Q. I am an employer wishing to hunt for an employee. How do I start?
|
|
| A. There are a number of ways depending on your requirements. Once registered you may either advertise your vacancy for our candidates to search or, allow us to Headhunt for you. We have a carefully managed database of candidates waiting to be matched.
